Job summary

Offshore 247 Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Advisor / Course Enrolment Closer to work remotely from the Philippines. You will close enrollments with warm inbound leads from an established Australian online education company, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to payment.

Expect uncapped commissions with typical earnings above ₱20,000 per month for meeting targets, plus 100% work-from-home. You’ll manage CRM records, hit personal revenue targets and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of genuine phone-based sales closing experience.
• Proven experience selling to warm or inbound leads.
• Full-cycle sales experience including discovery, qualification, presentation, objection handling and closing.
• Experience securing sales, payments or customer commitments.
• Strong discovery, questioning and active listening skills.
• Strong objection-handling ability around price, timing and indecision.
• Confident leading conversations, maintaining momentum and asking for the sale.
• Experience meeting sales, revenue or conversion targets.
• CRM experience — Salesforce or similar.
• Clear, confident spoken English suitable for Australian customers.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm inbound Australian prospects who have expressed course interest.
• Run structured discovery calls to understand goals, challenges, urgency and buying motivations.
• Ask strong follow-up questions and identify the real objection.
• Match the prospect’s needs with the right course and communicate its value.
• Handle price, timing, hesitation and priority objections without discounts.
• Build trust and maintain momentum in the conversation.
• Ask for the sale, close the deal and enrol prospects with payment.
• Follow up qualified prospects who aren’t ready to enrol during the first conversation.
• Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
• Work toward clear KPIs covering conversion, enrolments, revenue and follow-up performance.
