Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment experience with supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong background in high-volume, multi-location hiring.
• Experience in QSR/restaurant, hospitality, or retail recruiting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment teams and external partners.
• Excellent Excel and recruitment analytics capabilities.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations of a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) organization. The role will focus on ensuring efficient, timely, and scalable recruitment processes, particularly for high-volume restaurant and frontline positions.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in volume recruitment, multi-site hiring, recruitment operations, and team management, preferably within QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily recruitment operations and ensure achievement of hiring requirements and targets.
• Oversee high-volume hiring for restaurant crew, team leaders, shift managers, store managers, and area managers.
• Develop recruitment schedules and sourcing plans based on manpower requirements.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple locations and operational areas.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure sufficient talent availability for immediate and future requirements.
• Track recruitment performance, turnaround time, hiring volume, offer acceptance, and candidate conversion.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel and other recruitment tools.
• Ensure accurate candidate tracking through ATS or manual recruitment systems.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve hiring efficiency.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, manpower providers, job platforms, and sourcing partners.
• Lead recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in hiring activities, and other high-volume sourcing initiatives.
• Support recruitment requirements for new store openings and business expansion.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and consistent hiring processes.
• Monitor candidate experience and implement improvements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Lead and coach recruitment specialists and coordinators to meet operational hiring targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to address urgent manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of recruitment experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and multi-location hiring.
• Background in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or other high-volume industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience handling frontline and managerial recruitment.
• Strong recruitment operations, sourcing, pipeline management, and recruitment analytics experience.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and external hiring partners.
• Strong Excel skills with experience preparing recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple urgent hiring requirements.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on recruitment efficiency, hiring volume, quality, and turnaround time.
