Job summary

RACKS (Cavallino Inc.) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to strengthen HR operations across our restaurant brands and corporate teams. You will lead manpower planning, execute high-volume recruitment, and ensure timely staffing aligned with business needs.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and a proven ability to build candidate pipelines across multiple locations, including regular store visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR managerial or leadership role across multi-location operations.
• Sourcing, recruitment, and manpower planning success; high-volume hiring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and Philippine labor laws.
• Resourcefulness in developing recruitment channels and attracting candidates.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, organized approach; able to manage competing priorities and follow through.
• Willing to report to East Service Road, Taguig, and Merville, Parañaque, visiting stores as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR operations for restaurant brands and corporate teams.
• Develop manpower plans with Operations and department heads for timely deployment.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for restaurant operations, management, and corporate roles.
• Expand sourcing channels and build pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding and deployment.
• Track recruitment progress, vacancy aging, time-to-fill, and turnover; take action to address gaps.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and improve HR policies, systems, procedures, and standards for a growing organization.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Lead and develop the HR team with clear responsibilities and service standards.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations and visit stores regularly.
