Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for a fast-paced QSR business in Mandaluyong. On-site role with Monday to Friday schedule, focusing on high-volume restaurant operations and corporate hiring.

You will build sustainable pipelines, manage sourcing across portals and partners, and drive improvements in candidate experience and time-to-fill. A strong background in hospitality or retail recruitment and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 6–8 years in recruitment/talent acquisition with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in QSR/restaurant or other high-volume industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy for restaurant and corporate hiring.
• Oversee high-volume recruitment for crew, shift leaders, supervisors, store managers, and area managers.
• Develop recruitment plans aligned with store manpower requirements, expansion plans, and business growth.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for frontline and managerial positions.
• Manage sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment partners, career fairs, and other channels.
• Partner closely with Operations and HR leaders to identify workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring volume, offer acceptance, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for new store openings and urgent manpower requirements.
• Manage external recruitment agencies, manpower providers, and other talent acquisition partners.
• Drive improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring turnaround time.
• Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Coach and develop recruitment team members to consistently achieve hiring targets.
• Prepare recruitment reports and workforce hiring analysis using Excel and other tracking tools.

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations for a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. The role will oversee high-volume hiring for restaurant operations while supporting recruitment requirements for corporate and support functions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer-facing industries, with proven experience managing large-scale recruitment, talent pipelines, and recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume industries.
• Proven experience handling volume hiring and multi-location recruitment.
• Experience hiring restaurant frontline, supervisory, and managerial positions.
• Experience in corporate recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, and recruitment analytics is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage recruitment metrics.
• Results-driven with strong organizational and communication skills.
