Job summary

Endocare Philippines is seeking an organized Accounting Staff to manage day-to-day in-house accounting tasks and work with management and external accountants for reporting and compliance. You will handle payroll, reconciliations, and financial records.

The ideal candidate has a BS Accountancy or related degree, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll.
• Compute employee benefits and government contributions.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up collections.
• Monitor Accounts Payable and payment schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and bank balances.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Record and monitor daily company financial transactions.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting files and records.
