Job summary

ASYA MEDIKA, INC. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in Pasig. You will supervise a team, monitor compliance with PH standards, and support management in financial decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA preferred, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. Remote work option exists one day per week.

Qualifications

• CPA license is highly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting functions.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, suppliers, and government agencies when necessary.
• Review reconciliations and investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The successful candidate will supervise the accounting team, ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations


• Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions


• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules


• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting functions


• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports

About you
