Job summary

Endocare Philippines is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting and financial operations. You will manage tax filings, cash flow, AR/AP, payroll, and reporting while ensuring strong internal controls. The role requires leadership of the accounting team and collaboration with other departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in accounting, familiarity with BIR compliance, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. CPA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure preferred.
• Proficient in BIR compliance, AR/AP, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Ensure BIR and government tax filings and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports.

About the role

Endocare Philippines is looking for an experienced and reliable Accounting Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BIR and government compliance, including tax filings and payments
• Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, deposits, and bank reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Receivable, collections, and aging reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and supplier payments
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliation, and physical inventory
• Review and oversee payroll processing
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports
• Maintain proper internal controls and accounting documentation
• Supervise and guide the accounting team

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
• Knowledgeable in BIR compliance, AR/AP, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines
• CPA is an advantage but not required
