Endocare Philippines is seeking an organized Accounting Staff to manage day-to-day in-house accounting tasks and work with management and external accountants for reporting and compliance. You will handle payroll, reconciliations, and financial records.

The ideal candidate has a BS Accountancy or related degree, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

About the role

Endocare Philippines is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to handle the company's day-to-day in-house accounting functions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and coordinate with our external accounting team for financial reporting, tax compliance, and other accounting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll
• Compute employee benefits and government contributions
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up collections
• Monitor Accounts Payable and payment schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and bank balances

About you
