Job summary

Amentum in the Philippines seeks a Project Coordinator to support BioSHIELD implementation, assisting the Project Manager and serving as the interface with GPH stakeholders, U.S. personnel, and the COR.

The role requires in-country coordination, document control for all deliverables, and management of permitting, VAT-exemption, and customs processes. You will monitor risks, maintain records, and support regulatory coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Cybersecurity preferred.
• 4+ years of project coordination/management support experience on complex projects.
• Experience with government or donor-funded programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-country project coordination and stakeholder facilitation for BioSHIELD in the Philippines.
• Support permitting, VAT-exemption, and customs processes; manage risk and action tracking.
• Own document control for all project deliverables and ensure audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, U.S. personnel, and COR; monitor cybersecurity compliance.
