Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a SHIELD Project Analyst to bridge evidence, policy, and practice for risk-informed local action. The role collaborates with LGUs, national agencies, and consortium partners to translate science into policy and practical guidance.

You will contribute to knowledge management, policy briefs, and tools that support climate resilience, DRRM, and localization across three SHIELD components, ensuring alignment with national frameworks.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in climate change, DRRM, environmental science, public administration, development studies, or related field is required; or
• Bachelor’s degree in above fields with 2 years of qualifying experience will be considered in lieu of the advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support for all UNDP project outputs.
• Assist in planning, procurement, M&E frameworks and progress reporting.
