Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate with ability to handle IMS documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Prepare, organize, update, and maintain IMS documents and records.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and IMS requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Identify process gaps and areas for improvement, and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and monitoring sheets related to IMS activities.
• Coordinate IMS requirements with departments and report on corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
