Job summary

Full Chance Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control / Quality Assurance professional to review and manage ISO 9001:2015 documentation.

The role involves administering the Document Control Center, distributing updated IMS records, and supporting regulatory and customer requests. The candidate will assist the Quality Manager, update procedures, and ensure compliance while maintaining orderly master copies and training staff on document control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in Office Administration or Engineering.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 QMS and Internal Quality Audit is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify documents for ISO 9001:2015 compliance for approval.
• Administer, control, and classify documents in the Document Control Center.
• Duplicate and distribute latest documents as Integrated Management Systems records.
• Preserve master copies until retention and preservation period.
• Assist Quality Manager with documents for customers and regulatory bodies.
• Initiate review and update of procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Keep documents related to regulatory requirements of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Keep internal and external documents related to customers and IMS requirements.
• Conduct training on document control procedures.
• Conduct 5S in assigned work area.
