Job summary

Outsourcey is hiring an Imports Accounts Payable Officer with NETSUITE background in Manila. The role focuses on managing imports payable, vendor records, and coordinating with procurement to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Ideal candidates will have senior clerical experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of Momentis and NetSuite. This is a full-time position offering growth within a growing BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with computerized accounting packages and imports in Australia.
• VCE or equivalent educational background.

Responsibilities

• Manage imports payable and shipping inboxes, ensuring timely action.
• Review and process invoices for imported goods with PO alignment in Momentis and shipping docs.
• Liaise with procurement to resolve discrepancies (quantity and price).
• Process landed cost invoices including freight, duty and clearance.
• Circulate invoices from Momentis to NetSuite weekly.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs.
• Manage AP aging and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records.
