Remitly is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Global AP Team in Mandaluyong City. The role validates invoice processing accuracy across multiple subsidiaries and currencies, performs flux analyses, and manages audit requests with supporting documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, experience with NetSuite/ERP, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role supports month-end close and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP is a plus; familiarity with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoice processing accuracy across subsidiaries and currencies.
• Perform flux (variance) analyses.
• Prepare audit requests and supporting documentation.
• Review requisitions before PO conversion for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax filings where applicable.
• Assist month-end close with journal entries and accruals.
• Produce balance sheet reconciliations (BSRs) for accuracy.
• Work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Identify process improvements and manage small/medium projects.
