Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Validate invoice processing accuracy across subsidiaries and currencies; coordinate corrections.
• Perform flux (variance) analyses.
• Prepare audit requests and supporting documentation timely.
• Review purchase requisitions before PO creation for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax filings as applicable.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries regarding payments.
• Support month-end close activities and related journaling.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
