Job summary

TOP LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks an Import/Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and, in his/her absence, to the Operations Manager.

It involves procuring import documents and encoding data in the Brokerage Monitoring system. The job also covers assisting with entry lodgments across VASP systems, classification and computation of shipments, and handling import permits.

Responsibilities

• 1. To report directly to the Operations Supervisor and in his/her absence to the Operations Manager.
• 2. To procure import documents from clients and encode in the Brokerage Monitoring system.
• 3. To assist on encoding and lodgment import and export entry at any VASP system.
• 4. To assist on classification and computation import and export shipments as requested by clients.
• 5. To assist on the declaration and typing of entry (CEWE, Informal entry etc.).
• 6. To assist on checking and application of Import Permits from government agencies .
• 7. To monitor request of accountable forms.
• 8. To monitor funds on VASP accounts, TABS, AISL, ICTSI and other similar accounts .
• 9. To coordinate with forwarder/ shipping lines of vessel arrival, registry port of discharge, charges and other pertinent information.
• 10. To prepare Container Guaranty/Company Guaranty/Delivery Order for endorsement with forwarder and shipping lines.
• 11. To coordinate with Top accredited Trucker regarding booking of import delivery.
• 12. To prepare and submit booking and final brokerage reports to the management.
• 13. To request cash advance and or check payments for various agencies of the import cargo.
• 14. To coordinate with clients regarding status of shipments.
• 15. To coordinate return of Delivery Receipt and EIR from truckers
• 16. To assist on the dispatch of documents to Liason office/Processors
• 17. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
