TOP Creamery is seeking a detail-oriented Import-Export Specialist to join our logistics team in the Philippines. You will coordinate with foreign suppliers, prepare shipment documentation, and monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in import-export or logistics.

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in import-export, logistics, freight forwarding, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledgeable in customs procedures, import-export documentation, international freight, and Incoterms.
• Familiar with AWB, Bill of Lading, ETD, ETA, duties, taxes, permits, and landed cost computation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and logistics providers regarding shipment readiness, booking, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments from pickup, departure, arrival, customs clearance, release, and final delivery.
• Handle and track shipping documents such as AWB, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, permits, ETD, ETA, and arrival notices.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, couriers, truckers, and other logistics providers.
• Follow up customs clearance and regulatory requirements to prevent delays and additional charges.
• Assist in export shipment coordination and preparation of required export documents.
• Coordinate freight charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other shipment costs with Accounting.
• Support landed cost computation and maintain an updated Import-Export Shipment Tracker.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and documentation with Warehouse, QA, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Accounting.
• Report shipment delays, discrepancies, damages, or documentation issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain complete and accurate import-export records in NetSuite or other ERP systems, as applicable.
