Job summary

Kolon Glotech Philippines Inc. in Cavite, Silang, is seeking an experienced Import/Export Supervisor to oversee daily movement of goods and ensure compliance with applicable laws and customs procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years in IMPEX and Purchasing within a PEZA-registered company, strong procurement and supplier coordination, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Import/Export (IMPEX) and Purchasing operations in a PEZA-registered company.
• Knowledgeable in PEZA, Customs procedures, CPRS, and import/export documentation.
• Strong procurement background, supplier coordination, and inventory monitoring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workload.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
