Job summary

Taifini Copper And Conductor Inc. in Silang, Cavite is seeking an experienced Customs & Export Supervisor to oversee import/export processes, coordinating with BOC, port authorities, shipping lines and clients to ensure compliant and on-time deliveries.

The role requires deep knowledge of import/export regulations, a proven supervisory track record, and strong communication and planning skills to manage documentation, payments, and government approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in import/export regulations, with 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• College degree in customs administration preferred; licensed customs broker an advantage.
• Good communication and persuasion skills to deal with BOC, port authorities, and government agencies.
• Strong understanding of import/export policies, documentation, and delivery compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process documents inside the Bureau of Customs and Port Authorities.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, forwarders, banks, and other government entities.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for all international transactions and documentation; ensure timely delivery per regulations.

Job Description

• Process documents inside the Bureau of Customs and Port Authorities. Process payment with shipping lines, airlines, forwarders, banks, and other government entities as necessary.
• Will work with customs agent, shipping companies, and clients or requesting parties that require import/export materials or any type of goods.
• Helps with the shipping, receiving and record keeping for all international transactions and documentations. Verify and adhere to import / export policies set by the country of origin and receiving country.

Job Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in import and export regulations, with 5 years in Supervisory or lead role
• Knowledge in Custom Bonded Warehouse (CBW) is an advantage
• High level in updated knowledge and understanding on policies, process and documentation on import, export, shipping, cost and delivery.
• Possess good managing, planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating skills and can work under pressure and competing target.
• With Good communication and persuasion skills to deal with BOC, Port authorities and related government agencies.
• Good analytical skills on conditions of shipping and related government agencies requirement, to ensure that goods are deliver/receive by end user on time, in adherence with import/export policies set by origin and receiving country
• College graduate with degree in customs administration is preferred
• Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage
