Job summary

Readore Technology Phils. Corporation is seeking an IMPEX Supervisor to oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with PEZA, customs regulations, and international trade procedures.

You will coordinate with brokers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment processing and accurate documentation. The role requires strong coordination and negotiation skills, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 3–5 years’ experience in import/export operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in import/export operations.
• Experience in PEZA or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in customs procedures, tariff codes, and trade compliance.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics documentation systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import and export transactions and shipment scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC, and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues promptly.
• Ensure accurate tariff classification and customs declarations.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams for shipment planning.
• Monitor cost efficiency and recommend improvements in logistics processes.
