Job summary

Growsari Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee warehouse operations, dispatch, and delivery for a large customer base in the Philippines.

You will manage a team of supervisors and staff to maintain high performance and strict adherence to SOPs, while driving efficiency and low leakage in daily closeouts. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution operations at senior supervisor or manager level in consumer goods, retail or logistics industries.
• Fluent in Tagalog and working English.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word (basic) and PowerPoint (basic).
• Knowledge of SQL or other basic programming will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage area center operations including order processing, dispatch and delivery.
• Lead a team of 2 supervisors and dozens of staff to run the warehouse efficiently.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and KPIs met, including packing accuracy and stock levels.
• Plan daily dispatch operations and allocate trucks and personnel.
• Monitor OTIF delivery and cash collection, ensuring zero leakage at close of day.
