Job summary

Grand Nourriture International, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage fleet and equipment, and lead a delivery team ensuring safe, efficient receiving and storage.

The role requires a degree in business/logistics, proven supervision experience, strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate imports, local deliveries and overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, management, logistics or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and maintain fleet and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate local deliveries and monitor performance of warehouse staff.
• Monitor unloading from containers and ensure proper receipt via SAP encoding.
• Ensure proper storage to conserve space and compliance with safety procedures.
• Oversee labelling, FIFO, and inventory rotation.
• Select, orient, train, schedule, and discipline delivery team.
• Maintain forklift and pallet jack equipment for safe operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for importation and local delivery schedules.
• Maintain records, report information, and prepare documentation.
