Job summary

Arky Construction and Supply in Masbate City, Philippines seeks a Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize the central and branch warehouses, aligning with Sales and Operations goals.

You will develop warehousing programs, set performance metrics, manage SAP operations, coordinate with 3PLs, ensure safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across stock, shipping, and data processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or any business-related courses can be considered, with MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Warehousing/ Supply Chain/ Logistics acquired in related industry with 5 years in Managerial capacity.
• Customer centric leader, preferably with network for service partnerships with 3PL providers.
• Must be a person of integrity, with empathy and self confidence to grow and develop a high performing team with passion and conviction

Responsibilities

• Center / Central Warehouse Supervision: Oversee the entire operations of the distribution center/central warehouse.
• Shipping / Delivery Management: Keep track of logistical costs and shipping prices and recommend options as needed.
• Supply Chain Activities Coordination: Ensure that supply chain costs are within budget and coordinate with logistics service providers.
• Stock / Inventory Control: Plan and manage the inventory control and analyze data for updates.
• Data and Administrative: Validate and approve all warehouse-related documents and ensure 5S and safety procedures.
