Job summary

Sodarizer in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an Operations Manager to own and scale its warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will lead day-to-day activities across inventory, assembly, order fulfillment, and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

This mid-level role reports to the founders and oversees warehouse, assembly/fulfillment, and customer success, with a focus on SOPs, KPIs, and continuous process improvements to support growing order volumes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations in fast-moving environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Proven ability to lead frontline teams and enforce processes on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse ops including inventory, assembly, fulfillment and dispatch.
• Manage inventory tracking, forecasting and replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time with couriers.
• Lead and coach frontline teams including CS representatives.
• Create and improve SOPs to handle rising order volumes.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed and customer issues.
