We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage paid search and other paid traffic campaigns for the project named below, for the fixed term stated above. Most of your work will be on Google Ads, with other platforms used where the project needs them. You will launch campaigns that follow ad platform rules, keep spend within approved budgets, track results accurately, and report clearly on cost and performance.
This particular project is in the iGaming category, which operates under strict advertising and market policies. You will never be asked to work around, disguise or bypass any platform policy, including through cloaking, misleading landing pages or account workarounds. If a policy limits what a plan can do, you are expected to raise it before launch with a recommended compliant alternative.
1. Campaign work
- Own the plan, and launch accurately tracked, policy-checked campaigns. Submit a campaign plan by November 26, 2026 for approval before first spend. It covers channels, markets, budget allocation, audiences, tracking, the test plan and the policy approach.
- Plan, set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads and on approved native, push, or programmatic networks. Use Meta Ads only for content and audiences that Meta policy allows.
- Manage campaign spend within the approved budget and the spend authority limits below.
- Write ad copy and creative briefs in English.
- Check every creative and landing page against ad platform policies before launch, and follow the approved market and content restrictions.
- Identify landing page or ad copy variants to A/B test, based on CTR or conversion rate.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using CTR, impressions, cost-per-engaged session and conversion rate.
- Build a remarketing audience.
2. Measurement
- Set up and audit campaign tracking: UTM tags, GA4 events, and attribution for signups.
- Monitor traffic quality weekly, spotting bot or low-quality sources.
- Reconcile numbers across ad platforms, GA4 and subscriber lists.
3. Reporting and collaboration
- Prepare and send a weekly performance report covering spend, engaged sessions, cost-per-engaged session, signups and cost-per-lead, with recommended next steps. Share a monthly summary with insights and recommendations with the SEO team and other stakeholders.
- Raise policy or compliance concerns with the Senior SEO Specialist before launching, not after.
- Document campaign settings, results and test history so the work can be handed over at the end of the term.
4. Spend, account access and data rules
- Spend authority: Campaign spend begins only after the monthly budget is approved in writing by the management. Total spend cannot exceed that approved budget. Any budget increase, new campaign budgets or new ad networks need prior written approval from the management.
- Billing: You will not add, change or remove payment methods or billing settings on any ad platform.
- Account access: Ad and Analytics accounts are all owned by the company LATTE Search. Access is granted at the minimum level needed and revoked on or before your last working day. Work stays in company-owned accounts, and credentials are not to be shared or stored in personal accounts.
- Confidentiality and data privacy: Client identities, strategy, campaign data and subscriber lists are confidential during and after the engagement. This role handles personal data such as subscriber lists, so you must comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and company data privacy policies. That means using personal data only for authorized purposes, not exporting or sharing it outside approved tools, and reporting any suspected breach immediately. A confidentiality and data privacy agreement is signed before account access is granted.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns within platform restrictions with Google Ads as a core skill. Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is expected.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience forecasting paid search campaign performance and advertising spend, and expertise in managing ad budgets and reporting on cost-based metrics: CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA.
- Knowledge of iGaming-related advertising compliance and platform policies across jurisdictions. Strong ability to read and follow ad platform policies and to check campaigns against them.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; confident presenting campaign strategy and performance to clients.
- Available to work onsite in Makati City for the duration of the engagement.
- Ability to work within a defined budget cap and follow approval steps before spending.
- Prior experience on short-term or project-based work, with quick set-up and clear handover documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in running campaigns in regulated or policy-restricted industries, and familiarity with how Google certification and restricted-category policies work. Background with iGaming niche is an advantage.
- Experience buying native, push or programmatic traffic, and detecting invalid or bot traffic.
- Knowledge of building audiences in messaging channels like Telegram.
- Awareness of Southeast A. audiences and how ads perform across different countries.
Required Tools:
- Working knowledge of managing conversion tracking through Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Ads (SA360), Google Keyword Planner, including UTM tagging and conversion event setup, Google Tag Manager and similar tools.
- HTML/CSS knowledge and A/B testing tools are an advantage. Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, and similar SEO tools such as Ahrefs.com or SEMRUSH is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio.
