Job summary

Global Play Hub Innovations Corp. in Taguig is seeking a highly experienced Google Bids Expert to manage, optimize, and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns for a fast-growing sports betting and iGaming platform.

You will own bidding strategies, track performance, and drive registrations and FTDs. The role requires expert knowledge of Google Ads bidding systems, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio, with a focus on maximizing ROI, reducing CAC, and scaling campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
5–10 years of Google Ads experience with bid management focus.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Auction System, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, GA4, GTM, and Conversion Tracking.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience managing campaigns with aggressive acquisition and ROI targets.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Bid Management across campaigns.
Develop and execute advanced bidding strategies.
Manage and optimize Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions and other bid strategies.
Monitor auction insights, impression share, and competitive positioning.
Campaign optimization across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Generation.
Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio for reporting and attribution.
