Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in gaming, esports, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of gaming culture, gaming communities, and current gaming trends.
• Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads Certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to trends quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max.
• Develop user acquisition strategies to drive game downloads, registrations, and player retention.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop effective ad copy, ad extensions, and landing page recommendations.
• Monitor daily ad campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments to improve results.
• Track and analyze KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend allocation.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align advertising strategies with business goals.
• Perform tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management and Department Head.
