BB Wave Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize gaming campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max in Taguig.

You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROAS through data‑driven strategies and close collaboration with marketing and creative teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands‑on Google Ads experience, GA4/GTM proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to fast‑paced industry trends to

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in gaming, esports, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Strong knowledge of gaming culture, gaming communities, and current gaming trends.
• Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Google Ads Certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to trends quickly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, increasing player engagement, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and supporting the growth of our gaming platform through data‑driven marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, supporting game launches, and maintaining an active online presence for our games and community.
