Job summary

Acquire BPO is seeking an ICT On-Site Support and Build Area Staff to help keep customers and employees productive. You will troubleshoot equipment, monitor security adherence, and assist with desktop and laptop setup while coordinating with the Shift Supervisor.

This role requires clear communication, basic network/hardware knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support.
• Basic understanding of network systems, operating systems and hardware.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and resolve issues using knowledge tools and IT support.
• Monitor user and system adherence to security standards and procedures.
• Evaluate and test equipment, network, software; report improvements to supervisor.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software.
• Escalate issues to higher support levels when needed and document resolutions.
• Prepare machines for WFH use, configure VPNs, and arrange home equipment logistics.
