Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Knowledgeable in OS installation and computer networking.
• Basic hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tech concerns.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and system-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Perform operating system installation and related configurations.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and technical concerns.
• Monitor and address reported ICT issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other ICT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
