Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. seeks a dynamic professional to drive customer growth for the SM Group across key supermarkets.

You will develop channel strategies, deliver perfect promotion, merchandising and operations execution, and work with cross-functional partners to translate data into actionable plans. You will analyze shopper and market needs, ensure store basics and visibility, and manage profitability with thoughtful budget controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with SM Group or large supermarket channels in FMCG is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and insights generation.

Responsibilities

• Develops customer and channel specific plans from ideation to post-activity evaluation.
• Analyze shopper, category, and market needs to provide insights and actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grow category and drive insight-selling.
• Ensure omni-perf ect store basics: availability, visibility, assortment and activations.
• Manage customer profitability and AR through budget reconciliation and reporting.
• Lead Trade Execution Plan tracking and ensure successful store openings for Selecta brands.
