Job summary

Axis is seeking an End Customer Marketing Specialist for our Madrid office, part of the Southern Europe Demand Generation team. You will shape Iberia marketing strategy, drive demand generation, and build strong brand preference across targeted End Customer accounts.

You will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ABM, events, content and digital marketing, while partnering with Sales to accelerate growth and manage the local budget and communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar B2B marketing role.
• 2+ years of integrated marketing experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Iberia marketing strategy to support sales growth.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns and manage budget.
• Leverage digital advertising, content marketing, ABM, webinars, and events.
• Identify target audiences and build nurture tracks using Salesforce and Pardot.
• Measure campaign performance and provide regular insights to leadership.
• Manage local marketing budget, vendor contracts, invoicing.
