Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Trade Marketeer IBERIA to lead marketing and trade marketing initiatives in the Iberia region.

The role collaborates with EMEA Marketing and local Sales Execution, ensuring alignment on key priorities and campaigns across channels. The position requires deep business and Route to Market understanding, with fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), and willingness to travel within the country and to the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Marketing Communication or Category Management.
• 5 years of marketing experience within the Foodservice sector in the country. FMCG is a plus.
• Understanding of the channels and customers.
• Comfortable in handling matrix organizations, with strong negotiating skills.
• Fluency in English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Open to travel within the country and to the Netherlands; flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy EMEA marketing campaigns & initiatives.
• Deploy local campaigns in line with EMEA guidelines.
• Improve effectiveness of Sales Funnel to generate qualified leads.
• Enable sales to practice consultative selling with customers.
• Build and implement pull & push trade marketing plans for IBERIA.
• Contribute to Route to Market strategy and focus segments.
