We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Officer who will assist the Director of Hygiene in overseeing the overall hygiene, sanitation and food safety in the hotel.

Qualifications

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in reputable hotels is desired.
• Must be a graduate of science-related courses (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry or other food-related courses like Food Technology).
• Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures, in conformity with the standards set by international and local authorities.
• Competence in handling hotel food safety management systems, preferably with previous experience in handling certifications, such as but not limited to HACCP and ISO-22000.
• With high regards for details and accuracy.
• Passion for working with people.
• This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holder with valid working rights.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the overall hygiene, sanitation and food safety in the hotel.
• Provide strong and efficient administrative support in the implementation of the hotel’s policies and procedures related to hygiene, sanitation and food safety.
