ConnectOS is seeking a Medical Administration professional to join our Manila team. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with care and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in medical administration, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with HealthTrack, Best Practice, or Genie is a plus. This is a hybrid role in Metro Manila.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in medical administration or healthcare customer service.
• Experience supporting Australian healthcare providers is preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls and appointment scheduling.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with medical practice management systems (HealthTrack, Best Practice, Genie) is an advantage.
• Professional, compassionate, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound patient calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Provide patients with appointment details and pre-visit instructions.
• Update patient records and verify demographic, referral, and Medicare information.
• Process referrals and ensure required documents are complete.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, hospitals, and internal teams.
• Manage appointment confirmations, recalls, waitlists, and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Handle administrative tasks and support daily clinic operations.
