ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a Medical Administration professional to support patient bookings, handle inbound calls, and maintain accurate records with strict confidentiality.

The role requires 2–3 years in medical administration, strong English communication, and experience with practice management systems. We offer hybrid work, competitive salary, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of medical administration or healthcare customer service.
• Experience supporting Australian healthcare providers is a plus.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls and appointment scheduling.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical practice management systems.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound patient calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Provide patients with appointment details and pre-visit instructions.
• Update patient records and verify demographic, referral, and Medicare information.
• Process referrals and ensure required documents are complete.
• Coordinate with patients, doctors, hospitals, and internal teams.
• Manage appointment confirmations, recalls, waitlists, and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Handle administrative tasks and support daily clinic operations.
