Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati seeks a Finance Timekeeping Analyst to ensure accuracy of employee time and attendance data used for payroll. You will support ADP Workforce Software implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration, collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in payroll, finance, or workforce management with focus on timekeeping.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Software or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing, configuring, testing, and optimizing time and attendance systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience validating large datasets and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and testing of a new time and attendance system, and post go live support activities.
• Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance records
• Monitor timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation, validation, and distribution of timekeeping reports.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to management on timekeeping and payroll metrics.
