Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to manage invoices, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple sites in a busy finance operation. You will process supplier invoices, run end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance, and provide clear variance analysis for management.

The role offers hybrid work with three days on site in Angeles, Pampanga, and frequent collaboration with Australian clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in accounts payable and payroll, including at least 2 years of Australian experience.
• Clear understanding of and personal commitment to the company's values.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with strong organisational and time management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work across finance functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Invoice Processing: enter invoices accurately into TRAILD and perform required uploads.
• Validate invoices for authenticity and flag any issues with Finance Manager.
• Coordinate approvals with facility managers and ensure proper coding.
• Maintain records by uploading invoices from TRAILD to Epicor.
• Manage payments, EFT runs, and remittance advices.
• Respond promptly to supplier payment queries and reconcile statements.
• Prepare monthly variance explanations for management reports.
• Run end-to-end payroll and manage roster data transfers between systems.
