Payreto Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Account Executive to provide Level 1 technical support to international clients via phone, email, or chat. You will handle basic inquiries, manage user accounts, generate reports, and assist with system configurations and e-commerce setups.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in client/technical support, strong communication, and proficiency in G Suite/MS Office. A hybrid work setup and Day 1 HMO are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years experience as a Client/Technical Support agent in a BPO serving international clients.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in G Suite/MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Manage user administration (add/remove users, password resets).
• Input or process data and generate reports per configurations.
