Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking a Collections Team Lead in Makati to monitor, motivate, and train a team in achieving monthly goals. The role reports to the Collections Head within Revenue Control.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years B2B collections experience and 3+ years of leadership, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of NetSuite, SAP or Salesforce. A hybrid work setup in Ayala Ave, Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 6+ years B2B collections experience.
• 3+ years in leadership of a collections team.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP or Salesforce.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong organization and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Collections Manager with setting clear goals and KPIs for the collection staff.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members in Manila.
• Teach strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance, ensuring process documents are followed.
• Ensure client communications regarding debts are clear and aligned with policy.
• Delegate tasks and assist with regular performance evaluations.
• Assist with escalations for global entities and communicate with clients to resolve payment issues.
• Monitor accounts for escalations and review historical data to aid client communications.
• Handle sensitive issues with internal and external customers.
• Update account status in NetSuite and collections efforts.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash App and Sales to resolve issues.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties.
