Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B collections experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a B2B collections team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Collections Manager with setting clear goals and KPIs for the collection staff.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate collections team members in Manila.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage client communications regarding outstanding debt clearly and professionally.
• Support escalations and coordinate with clients for prompt resolutions.
• Update account status and collections efforts in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash App and Sales to resolve client issues.
