The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in collections with 1–2 years in leadership, plus strong Excel and CRM system skills, and experience supporting US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Collections, AR, or Credit Management.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of collections processes, dispute resolution, payment negotiations, and account reconciliation.
• Experience managing performance metrics, service levels, and collection targets.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and collections management systems.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or customers preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and accommodate a split-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Collections Specialists to achieve KPIs and goals.
• Monitor daily team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Manage escalated collection concerns and assist with complex account resolutions.
• Review aging reports, account trends, and collection metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable collection regulations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve account issues.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance collection performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development initiatives for the collections team.
