Job summary

Marsh Corporate seeks a Client Support Specialist Team Leader to guide a dedicated team in onboarding clients, placement administration, and policy servicing in the Philippines. The hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week.

You will oversee quotes, contracts, and endorsements, ensure renewal readiness, and maintain accurate client and insurer records while collaborating with Client Executives, Brokers, and country business teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the placement support team handling onboarding, due diligence, and filing.
• Direct the team in system setup, placement administration, and documentation.
• Oversee quotes, contracts, agreements, bids and endorsements using templates.
• Ensure renewal readiness with Client Executives and accuracy of records.
• Coordinate workflow into policy servicing teams and resolve queries promptly.
• Distribute documentation including debit notes and invoices accurately.
