Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts.
• Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing communications.
• Conduct client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps for internal and external use.
• Support day-to-day account management tasks, including billing transactional work, calendars, and timelines.
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts.
• Manage account concerns or issues and elevate appropriately when needed.
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues.
• Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
• Maintain fluency in the Company’s service offerings and market trends.
