Job summary

Marsh invites an ambitious Business Development professional to join the Manila-based team. The hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and focuses on delivering insurance product sales targets while conducting market research and client engagements.

You will attend meetings, support deal processes, and present findings to senior colleagues, leveraging Marsh’s global platform and network in a dynamic market environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Must have legal working rights in the Philippines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in non-life insurance broking or within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and meet SALES TARGET.
• Arrange, attend and present to prospects with aim in closing the deal.
• Attend and assist with sales meetings and presentations led by senior colleagues for various accounts.
• Understand Marsh's business services and products to support market research and client appraisals.
• Assist senior colleagues on deal processes to gain practical knowledge across industries/regions.
• Conduct routine market trend research to identify opportunities and client needs.
• Draft due diligence reports and presentations with basic financial analyses to support deal work.
• Present findings and ideas to senior colleagues to aid sales work.
• Build and maintain a large professional network via professional organizations.
