Job summary

Marsh in Manila seeks a Client Support Specialist to back the Downstream Energy broking team with placement administration, billing coordination, and day-to-day documentation. The role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and seamless cross-border collaboration across Asia.

The candidate will handle complex billing cycles, endorsements, and engineering fee billing, while maintaining clear records and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of administrative, billing, or team-coordination experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to draft clear business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• New and renewal account billing (40%–50% of time).
• Endorsements billing (approx. 10%–15% of time).
• Engineering fee billing (approx. 10%–15% of time).
• Payments, queries, and additional premium (approx. 20% of time).
• Liaise between Credit Control in Singapore and Finance in Kuala Lumpur.
