You will manage the candidate lifecycle, collaborate with Hiring Leaders, and drive a superior candidate experience while promoting the American Express employer brand.

In this role you will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, leverage sourcing channels, and partner with Compensation to craft compelling offers.

Qualifications

• 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build talent pipelines via multiple channels.
• Focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring leader experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle hiring for a designated portfolio.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for relevant Business Units.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Source diverse candidates and build candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with Compensation to structure offers and close hires.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and hiring laws.
