Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Support the preparation and management of offer documentation and coordinate approvals in Workday.
• Initiate and manage background checks through HireRight, including follow-up with candidates and vendors.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, including collection of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking across talent acquisition systems such as Phenom ATS, Workday and ServiceNow.
• Provide support to candidates using recruitment platforms and process travel reimbursements in line with company policy.
• Maintain organised documentation and support data privacy and compliance requirements.
