You will manage dynamic job ads, screen resumes, build talent pools, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely placements while delivering a positive candidate experience and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment in the BPO/call center sector in the Philippines.
• Strong ability to screen resumes against required skills and candidate aspirations.
• Proven track record of building talent pools and coordinating interviews with stakeholders.
• Comfort with data and metrics to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage dynamic job ads across portals and the company site.
• Screen resumes to match required skills and candidate goals.
• Partner with Sourcing Manager to tap into fresh talent pools and calibrate target profiles.
• Endorse candidates to hiring managers and manage interview logistics and offers.
