You will conduct phone interviews, schedule trainings, handle reminders, perform background checks, and generate reports to support new recruitment strategies. On-site, full-time position with growth toward HR leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement current recruitment processes like managing online recruitment sites and HR management system software.
• Make outbound calls to conduct phone interviews to screen applicants and schedule for training.
• Send text messages and/or email reminders to applicants.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Ensure smooth transition from applicant status to trainee.
• Create reports and provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
