Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews and video conferences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and interviewers regarding schedules, confirmations and feedback.
• Assist with collecting and tracking interviewer feedback to support an efficient hiring process.
• Prepare and send offer letters and manage the collection of new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate background checks for student onboarding activities.
• Use Excel to track events, requirements, candidates and offers accurately.
• Support additional recruitment tasks and projects as assigned.
